About The Therapies: 

· Reflexology:

            This therapy uses pressure applied to the various reflex zones on the feet and hands corresponding to other body areas.

· Sole Point Therapy

            Aromatherapy foot bath, hot rock reflexology on feet, foot wrap, hands and ears reflexology.

· Auriculotherapy

           Applying reflexology on reflex zones and acu-points in the ear. Optional Aromatherapy oils will be used.

· Tui Na

            Stimulating and invigorating “chi” life force.  A more vigorous Chinese healing modality. Working on acu-points and meridian pathways to assist healing of various conditions and help your wellbeing.

· Zen Shiatsu

            A gentler traditional Japanese approach for balancing “qi”. Working on meridian pathways and acu-points, light stretches will be applied.

· Spinal Essential Oil Therapy

             Application of at least 8 assorted Essential oils on the spine and back with various techniques. Ending with a hot compress.  This therapy can help with various back pain conditions.  You could even decompress around 1/2” after one therapy. Detoxifying.  

· The Four Fold Therapy - healing path for Body/Mind/Emotion/Spirit

            This uniquely tailored therapy includes possible application of the previous mentioned therapies. In addition, through use of Kinesiology (Muscle Testing), finding what the individuals needs are for their path of healing. The use of allergens, Bach Flower Remedies, Energy Movers, Gems and Minerals and Aromatherapy oils could be included.  This therapy has the purpose of releasing old patterns/stories, stuck energies and bring up emotional release with the help of the above mentioned therapies and tools to change our cellular memory.
